outline planning permission has already been granted for the Kingsbrook site and that reserved matters consent has been granted for two of the "villages". However, we would still welcome the retention and enhancement of historic landscape features and archaeological remains to be a site-specific requirement in accordance with the protection afforded to such assets by the National Planning Policy Framework, as part of the positive strategy for the conservation and enjoyment of, and the clear strategy for enhancing, the historic environment required by paragraphs 126 and 157 of the Framework and in compliance with principle j of Policy D1.
