Having lived in Creslow Way for 15 years I can say that a development of this magnitude is too large for Creslow Way. Creslow Way is congested and additional houses with insufficient parking will exacerbate the problem. On a regular basis a fire engine would not be able to reach the end of the road in an emergency due to parking.
Traffic at peak times would increase leading to congestion
Schools are already under pressure- can Stone primary cope with more catchment pupils?
10 houses would be manageable if they had sufficient parking, more is not viable.

Reduce the number of dwellings proposed.
Ensure each property must have enough driveway parking.
