(i)Unclear as to the relevance of the neighbourhood development plan being in the early stages of review. This would seem to have no bearing and at worst, appears to assume that settlement boundary might change to accommodate this development which is presumptuous.
(ii) Site D-BUC043 is also outside of the settlement boundary in the BNDP - the site details above do not include this statement. This may be misleading to the effect that the proposed site lies within this boundary. Either this statement needs to be omitted here, or it should also be included as regards BUC043.
