More parking including visitor parking.
Reduction in houses back to 10!

Restriction on any contractor working times to avoid impact to existing residents

Concern too many houses - originally 10 now increased to 26 which is not in keeping with current houses on creslow way.
Already very congested with cars - and only one way in and one way out and cars go down too fast and pavements are often blocked which as a mother of two young kids an increase of 26+ cars will be a massive worry.
Creslow way is too narrow to cope with a higher volume of traffic
People already fly over the roundabout at the entrance in a dangerous manner - this will only get worse.
Concerns over access for emergency vehicles
School and doctors already over subscribed.
