Page 132 - The site within area STO008 is not suitable for the allocation of 26 houses.
The allocation for this site is currently 10 houses, which if completed will already put an unacceptable strain on the existing road infrastructure. Increasing the allocation to 26 without a full appraisal of the site is not acceptable. Such an increase should not be part of the VALP.
Delete the proposed increase in the allocation of housing within area STO008.
