Representation Summary:

Additional 2x26 cars will create congestion around the bottleneck at the beginning of Creslow Way. Construction work will create a lot of dust, limited parking, and noise. 10 houses maximum seem to be realistic if this project is absolutely necessary. Green space and a feeling of well-being is a must to ensure a socially positive environment. Creslow way will face more parked cars overflowing from residents in the new development. In the last six months it has been noticeably more cars parked on Creslow Way. I would suggest the data collection and analysis on Creslow Way to be re-done.

Change suggested by respondent:

Reduce number of houses and increase the provision for green space.

Current households already have at least 2 cars and on average a much higher number. Additional 2x26 cars will create congestion around the bottleneck at the beginning of Creslow Way. Construction work until 2023 will create a lot of dust, limited parking, and noise. This will be made much worse by increasing the number of houses. 10 houses maximum seem to be realistic if this project is absolutely necessary. Quality green space for the community and a feeling of well-being is a must to ensure a socially positive environment for families and other residents. A reasonably sized green space should be part of the new development. If at least 26 houses are built in the relatively confined available space, it is highly likely that due to limited space, Creslow way will face more parked cars overflowing from residents in the new development. In the last six months it has been noticeably more cars parked on Creslow Way. I am assuming the data collection for Creslow Way was done more than six months ago, hence I would suggest the data collection and analysis to be re-done.
