I live at [ROAD NUMBER REMOVED], Creslow Way. My property will be on the corner of the entrance to the new development which will run parallel to back garden. I list below my objections to this development:

I am concerned with the number of vehicles this development will bring to Creslow Way and the inadequate parking allocation for the number of dwellings proposed. The added traffic to an already congested road will cause congestion and safety issues with increased parking of cars on the side of the road. The width of the road on Creslow Way and positions of corners with cars parked on the road already causes an issue with navigating along Creslow Way. Also, connected with traffic there is only one proposed entrance and exit to the site.

Other areas of concern are as follows:
The density of the development is not in keeping with current housing designs/layout.
Impact to wildlife and the mature trees on the site.
Lack of green areas for public use
Strain on current infrastructure ie roads/schools/health centre etc
