Less houses .. traffic and parking already cause issues along Creslow Way
Looking after the environmental issues with the wildlife andTPO's
Considering the effect on an already busy road And on local resources.... they are already under enormous strain from over population of the area

The proposed entrance to the development will deny at least 20% on already limited parking for visitors, Utility & Trade Vehicles in Creslow Way
Big increase of traffic flow through already congested Creslow Way
Only one entrance & exit point from development
pavement parking in Creslow Way already a road safety issue
Excessive vehicle speed in Creslow Way is already dangerous issue -the number of hidden bends which obscures oncoming traffic,
No turning circle in both Creslow Way and the proposed development
Possible future problems with Emergency vehicles one entry & exit point
Current road width of Creslow Way makes passing difficult
