Representation Summary:

The changes to the plan increases the proposed housing numbers of several large developments, however there is no evidence of any updated Transport Assessment to take this into account. How can we be confident of the networks capacity to absorb these further increases?
For example with reference to D - AGT4 (which includes Hampden Fields) the numbers have increased from around 3111 to at least 3358 which is almost an 8% increase. The planning application for Hampden Fields was for 3,000 houses which is what the Transport Assessment was based on, which is an increase very nearly 12%. A further 12% increase of traffic is of great concern in an already congested road network.
