Generally supportive of the rewording of this policy, as following discussions at the
hearing sessions it was clear that significant modifications were required in order for this policy to be sound note and support the fact that Policy H6a does not set a rigid housing mix to which all developments must adhere. Instead MM151 refers to the fact that housing mix will be negotiated having regard to the Council's most up to date evidence on housing need and available evidence from developers regarding local market conditions
