the proposed modification removes the requirement for a proportion of
market dwellings to be built to M4(3) 'wheelchair accessible dwellings'. Gladman are in support of
this proposed modification as this better aligns with the national guidance contained in the PPG
which when referring to M4(3) does so in relation to those dwellings where the LPA is in control of
allocating the housing (i.e. affordable housing) and not for general market housing.
