Representation Summary:

In light of the increased requirement for housing in the Oxford Cambridge Corridor, the New Settlement Policy (D2) should be reinstated in the current VALP rather than being deferred to a later plan period.

Alongside the Oxford/Cambridge proposals, the proposed new calculation of OAN will result in an increase in housing numbers both for AVDC and importantly its neighbours on Haddenham's side of the district (e.g. Wycombe).

The West Haddenham Landowners believe that the re-instatement of the New Settlement Policy (D2) would improve the soundness of the VALP and represent positive planning.
